About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in the tech industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead agile teams, ensuring successful project delivery and seamless communication with stakeholders. A strong command of English is essential, demonstrated by an English proficiency tests.
What you'll do...
- Lead and manage software/technology projects from planning to successful delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and international clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for clients and senior management
- Ensure high-quality delivery while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

You should...
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum framework
- Proven experience handling international clients and global stakeholders
- Familiarity with software development tools and project management platforms
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to manage timelines, resources, risks, and client expectations effectively
- Experience working with development teams, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and result-oriented mindset
