About the Role
The Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions. With expertise in programming, managing large teams, and hands-on experience in modern technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js, the architect will drive technical decisions and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
What you'll do...
- Develop architectural blueprints for software applications ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Guide and mentor a large team of developers, providing insights into best practices, code quality, and software architecture.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust solutions.
- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, performance optimization, and adherence to best coding practices.
- Utilize Git or other version control tools and ensure smooth deployment pipelines.
- Oversee the deployment process and maintain the integrity of production environments.
You should...
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience with frameworks and libraries for building scalable applications.
- 15+ years of programming and solution architecture experience.
- Proven experience managing and scaling teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of deployment processes and cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
