About the Role
The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for leading the design of user-centric web and mobile interfaces, ensuring exceptional user experiences. With a deep understanding of UX principles, user research, and visual design, the designer will create intuitive and engaging interfaces that align with business goals. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
What you'll do...
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to wireframing and prototyping, ensuring designs meet user needs and business objectives.
- Create visually appealing, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on requirements and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and team input to continually improve the user experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design to bring fresh ideas to projects.
You should...
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both UX and UI projects.
- Expertise in creating user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that address user pain points and goals.
- Strong proficiency in visual design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate designs and ensure user-centered design approaches.
- Ability to solve complex design challenges with innovative solutions that enhance usability and meet business needs.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, provide design rationales, and integrate feedback
